Leroux Chicory

Grain-roasted chicory is characterized by brown, subtly roasted notes. It has the advantage of being unexciting, and can be enjoyed all day long, taking advantage of its distinctive aromas.

Leroux roasted chicory can be prepared in a variety of ways to suit your tastes and uses:

• This hot drink is easy to enjoy, just like our gourmet philosophy. If you have a coffee machine, pour a heaped teaspoon of chicory into your pod or refillable capsule for a cup filled to 100/120 ml.
• Alternatively, pour the same amount of chicory into an infuser ball or filter in 250 ml of hot water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. A word of advice: don’t hesitate to use this blend in your culinary preparations!
