These are SO GOOD!  The little cakes are moist and soft, but keep their shape.  The almond flavor is true and strong, and the Swedish pearl sugar on top of each cake adds extra sweetness and a little crunch.  Divine!  Enjoy them on their own, or with a cup or coffee or tea.
