Artichokes prepared where they are produced and bottled according to a traditional recipe from Liguria. Excellent as a sauce with boiled meats.  Also a great addtition to a charcuterie tray.

Ingredients:  Artichokes 70%, sunflower oil, parsley, garlic, herbs, salt, acidifying: citric acid, anti-oxidant: ascorbic acid. Gluten free.
