Slow Cooker Lemon Thyme Ham

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Lb. Ham Steak
1 Jar Lemon Thyme Jam
1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Apple Cider
1/4 Cup Water
Step 1: Whisk together Lemon Thyme Jam, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Zest, Cracked Black Pepper, and Apple Cider.
Step 2: Add 1/4 cup of water to the bottom of the crock pot/slow cooker, then add your ham steak.
Step 3: Pour the sauce that you created during step 1 over the ham steak.
Step 4: Let the ham steak cook for 3-4 hours on low, then remove it from the crock pot/slow cooker.
Optional Step: To thicken your sauce, whisk in some corn starch and apple cider over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the sauce has reached your desired thickness.
Step 5: Pour the sauce from the crock pot/slow cooker over the ham steak.
