These bratwurst are made from finely ground pork and veal with a mild flavor and no nitrites. They come fully cooked in a natural casing and ready to eat, but they’re best heated on a grill or in a pan.

Serving Information:

Bavarian bratwurst taste best when grilled or pan fried, and served alongside potato salad or sauerkraut, complemented by your favorite mustard.

Try using Bavarian bratwurst to make curry bratwurst. Cut the sausage in slices and pan fry. Arrange the slices on a plate and cover with a warm curry sauce, made from combining 2 T ketchup and ½ tsp. curry powder. Serve with bread or French fries to mop up every last bit of this delicious dish.
