This mild, country-style liver sausage is made from pork liver and speckled with bacon for a slightly coarser texture, and flavored with traditional Bavarian spices. This liver sausage can be used as an appetizer, as you would paté.
Serving Information:
This Bavarian liver sausage is fully cooked and ready to eat as is. It’s at its best when spread on light rye or toasted whole wheat bread. Or you may prefer serving it sliced with pickles and Dijon mustard.
