Combine with 1 cup mayo and 1 cup sour cream for approximately 2 cups prepared dip.

Ingredients
| 1 | Roasted Red Pepper Dip Mix |
| 8 | ears of corn |
| 1/2 cup | oil |
Directions
Combine Dip Mix with oil. Place corn on grill over medium heat. Brush with mixture while corn is cooking, occasionally turning to cook all sides. Grill until corn is tender and beginning to char. Best served warm!
Tip: While corn is hot garnish with crumbled feta and fresh herbs.
