Wind & Willow Blueberry Lemon Cheeseball & Dessert Mix

Lemon and Blueberry is a flavor match made in heaven! Sweet and tangy, this duo makes us think of picking blueberries and drinking lemonade. We can’t get enough! Perfect for a dessert board, brunch or as a sweet and tart quick cheesecake.  Just add 8 oz. cream cheese for an easy-to-make, delicious sweet cheeseball.

Directions

Combine Cheeseball Mix with yogurt; stir until well combined.  

In a silicone mini muffin pan sprinkle granola into each cup dividing evenly amongst cups.  Do not pack the granola so the yogurt mixture can seep down a bit.

Spoon 1- 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture on top of the granola in each cup.  

Sprinkle with Topping packet (included with Mix) and place in freezer for 2 hours.  Let thaw for 5-10 min before serving.

Tip:  Add toppings like fresh blueberries or sprinkles before they go in freezer.
