A trip to Madagascar in 2012 was the first time Chris visited a cacao farm, so this cacao will always be special to him.  Chocolate made from this cacao is known around the world for its citrus and ripe red fruit note.  Consistenly considered to be one of the finest cacaos in the world, and we couldn't agree more.
