Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods. This pasta releases an amazing, distinctive fragrance of truffle and wheat germ during cooking, which makes it ideal for serving with truffle butter, fresh truffle and mushroom sauces. This pasta can be mixed with the Egg, the Nettle, the salmon, or the tomato tagliolini, since they’ve the same cooking time (5 minutes), to create a more colourful and rich in flavour plate!
