
Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods. This type of pasta has a very distinctive fragrance of fish, given by the cuttlefish Ink and wheat germ during cooking, which makes them ideal to serve with fish seasonings. Our linguine can be mixed with the other types of Linguine, having the same cooking time (5/6 minutes) to create a more colourful and tasteful plate!
