Crunchy & merry: Dark chocolate with 70% cocoa content and an exceptional filling that tastes fantastic. For the whisky filling, smoked bacon rinds are bathed in whisky. Once the whisky has taken on the subtle smokey flavors, the bacon rinds are taken out, and the bacon-flavored whisky then flows into a ganache of dark milk chocolate with 60% cocoa and a bit of caramel. Then the second crunchy filling is created from caramelized pork cracklings dipped in hazelnut praline and milk chocolate. Rounded off with a little cinnamon.
